turmeric coconut latte

This caffeinated anti-inflammatory drink is a perfect latte substitute during the day or a warm nighttime treat to aid with peaceful sleep.

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup coconut milk (or other milk alternative)
  2. 1 tsp MCT oil
  3. 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  4. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  5. Pinch ground cloves
  6. Pinch sea salt
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients in to a sauce pan and whisk together thoroughly.
  2. Heat slowly on the stovetop until warm to touch.
  3. Serve (optional to dust with additional cinnamon).
