Ingredients
  1. 1 1/4 cup almond milk (coconut milk, or cashew milk)
  2. 1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  3. 1/2 banana
  4. 3/4 cup kale, veins removed (fresh or frozen)
  5. 1 tbsp natural peanut butter or almond butter
  6. 1 tsp ground flaxseeds
  7. 1 tsp chia seeds
Instructions
  1. Place all items in blender.
  2. If you do not have a commercial grade blender, add each item one at a time beginning with the almond milk and frozen berries.
