- 1 1/4 cup almond milk (coconut milk, or cashew milk)
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 banana
- 3/4 cup kale, veins removed (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tbsp natural peanut butter or almond butter
- 1 tsp ground flaxseeds
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- Place all items in blender.
- If you do not have a commercial grade blender, add each item one at a time beginning with the almond milk and frozen berries.
