Ingredients
  1. 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
  2. 3 eggs
  3. 3 tbsp coconut oil
  4. 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  5. 1 pinch sea salt
  6. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  7. 3/4 cup sugar
  8. 1/2 avocado
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a blender or food processor
  3. Pour into greased (I prefer to use coconut oil) 8x8 baking pan
  4. Bake for 30 minutes
  5. Allow to cool completely before cutting brownies
  6. Serve & enjoy!
