Ingredients
  1. 2 cucumbers
  2. 1/4 cup red onion, sliced
  3. 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  4. 5-8 drops of liquid stevia extract (stevia rebaudiana)
  5. 1 tsp crushed red pepper
  6. Sea salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Thinly slice cucumber (I suggest a mandolin or spiralizer)
  2. Add remaining ingredients, toss and serve.
