turmeric coconut latte
This caffeinated anti-inflammatory drink is a perfect latte substitute during the day or a warm nighttime treat to aid with peaceful sleep.

- 1 cup coconut milk (or other milk alternative)
- 1 tsp MCT oil
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Pinch ground cloves
- Pinch sea salt
- Add all ingredients in to a sauce pan and whisk together thoroughly.
- Heat slowly on the stovetop until warm to touch.
- Serve (optional to dust with additional cinnamon).
