2022 Spring Detox Reset – Starts March 24th


It’s time to take care of you.

During periods of stress & uncertainty, it’s normal to revert back to old habits. It’s our own way of attempting to feel safe in unpredictable times. Well, now that we’ve had 2 years of unpredictable times we’re all starting to feel it… and not in a good way. Our bodies & minds are craving to get back on track. And that’s exactly what this reset is all about. An opportunity to create a fresh start.


The Detox Reset is back, providing a structured program to explore new lifestyle and nutrition habits, reset the system, and boost energy naturally. In this guided program, you’ll focus on adding healing foods, remove what’s holding you back, and support your body’s natural ability to detoxify. As a result, you’ll feel energized, less bloated, and ready to ease into a new season.


What’s included.

  • 3, Weekly Group Sessions including education, group discussion, & live Q&A. First session is 3/24 to get you prepared.
  • 2 Week Structured Food-Based Detox (March 28th- April 10th) designed to reduce inflammation, improve detoxification, boost energy, and support healthy weight loss.
  • Detailed Detox Reset Guide, including best practices, links to recipes, healing foods, lifestyle practices, and more!

Each Thursday at 10am on Zoom, starting March 24th. Each week we’ll cover new content plus a live Q&A and discussion. Can’t make a session live? Everything will be recorded so you can catch up later & join the next session!

What you’ll learn.

The Detox Reset is just the beginning. Everything we discuss is designed to help you have a better understanding of your body, learn how food & lifestyle can improve how you feel, and know how to continue feel good each day once it’s over. The 2-week food-based detox program is an important part of a successful Reset. The goal is to feel refreshed & healthy, AND know how to support yourself going forward. 


The Detox Reset focuses on adding healing foods, removes foods that slow detoxification or increase inflammation, adds supportive lifestyle practices, plus includes herbs and/or supplements for added support.


And you don’t need to do it alone. Jen will walk you through the entire process. Plus, there’s a private Facebook group so we can all stay connected, share successes & struggles, and ask questions along the way. Community support is such a special part of the Reset that makes a huge difference.
